Common questions
Location is unavailable
Allow location while using the app in iOS Settings, or choose the manual-city option in Prayer Settings.
Audio will not play offline
Download the supported surah or juz completely before disconnecting from the internet, then confirm it appears in downloaded storage.
A prayer alert did not sound
Confirm notification permission, the selected prayer alert, sound mode, Focus settings, volume, and the app's Airplane Mode setting.
Content is loading
Core Arabic text is offline. A translation, tafsir, word-by-word view, Mushaf layout, or audio item may need a first network load. Retry on a stable connection.
Remove local data
Delete bookmarks, notes, or downloaded audio in the app. Deleting the app removes its remaining local content and preferences.
